Nomination of Cohabiting Partner

You may wish to nominate your partner to receive a dependant's pension in the event of your death. Please read the notes carefully before completing the necessary form which needs to be printed, completed and sent to Pension Services. 

Important Notes

If you left employment prior to 01 April 2008, you do not have the option to nominate a Cohabiting Partner.
