You can find details of a previous pension provider using the online service at Find pension contact details - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) or by phone on 0800 7310193.
You will need the following details to use the service:
- the name of your previous employer or pension service
- any previous names it had
- the type of business
- when you were a member of the scheme
