Pension Team Working Arrangements
Information for scheme members
The Staff of the Staffordshire Pension Fund are now working predominately from home
All face-to-face member services must be arranged in advance by calling the Team to make an appointment, we are unable to guarantee that someone will be available to speak to you about a query if you just drop in.
Going forward it is our intention to send paperwork electronically, rather than through the post. In order to assist with this, we should be grateful if you would provide us, when requested with a personal email address that we can use to contact you going forward and also, your permission to hold this email address on your pension record. Please be assured that we will only use it to contact you in relation to your pension benefit. Alternatively, if you have registered for My Pension Portal, you can adjust your ‘Privacy Preference’ on the system, to allow us to send all documents by email. You can withdraw your consent for Staffordshire Pension Fund to hold this data, at any time.

Please use the Pension Portal, whenever possible to run calculations, view benefit statements and check on your records.
